'RUMOURS': Alexandra Burke denies being dropped from label?

UK SINGER Alexandra Burke took to Twitter to dismiss rumours that she has been axed from RCA Records.

The former X Factor winner, who left Simon Cowell's Syco to move to RCA in February, became the centre of speculation after her brother, Arron Burke, hinted that his sister was having trouble with the label.

He tweeted: “It always looks better on the other side so true !!! But really were all in the same boat just different devils [sic].”

“I’m just emotional guys I’m just an upset supporter as much as a brother disregard everything I have said tonight good night guys [sic]," he continued.

Speculation of Burke's possible issues with RCA arose after poor sales of her second album Heartbreak on Hold, which was released earlier this month.

Writing on Twitter this morning she said: "Rumours rumours rumours! Lol. Facts are way more fun! Don't believe everything you hear and read [sic]."

A representative for the Elephant hit-maker also denied she had been dropped and said RCA were in the process of making a 'decision' about her next single, reports The Metro.

Burke's latest single Let It Go reportedly failed to receive any radio airplay, after it was 'snubbed' by Radio 1 and Global Radio group which includes Capital FM.
