Yes there is and even if this man die there would and could have been something else to put this child at risk as this was the life style they chose so there is always going to be a risk, In this day and age none of us can insure are child future, just being in the wrong place at the time, as we read about so often can taken the life of the innocent with child who get mix up with someone else, however in this case it is the Dad & Mum that have taken this child life due to greed, to offered we forget about the bigger picture in these cases, and that being the Dad & Mum associations and life style has chosen this poor Childs future and put her at risk
