I'm sharing this video because as a mother as a wife as a 33 year old woman I feel like I should have my s*** together but that's just me putting yet another judgement another expectation on myself and we are all guilty of doing that! Yet there I was helpless again, victim to my anxiety, I could not breathe, move or wash. It was disgusting and embarrassing and I always feel sad and ashamed that I let it get me again. But today is another day and I am going to try and do as many normal things as is physically possible. For anyone suffering, remember you are not alone, I am with you so many of us are with you. So today I will bake, i will stay at home and enjoy being alive. Over and out ! Till the next attack no doubt !! #panic #anxiety #mentalhealth #youarenotalone #willgetup #getoutofbed #caffeine #readyfortheday

Hussain said the attack was so bad that her husband Abdal had to wash her and put her to bed.

“I always feel sad and ashamed that I let it get me again,” she wrote. “I’m paying for it today. I feel tired and feel like my body can’t move. For anyone who doesn’t know what it looks or feels like it’s scary and I just wanted to share that. So, if anyone is suffering, I get ya.”

Since posting the video, it has gained over 53,000 views with hundreds leaving comments of support.

One commentator wrote: “If only everyone were as open and honest as you about mental health. Thank you for posting. Feel better soon.”

Another said: “You and your husband are such a great team. Thank you for sharing your struggles. It's wonderful to not feel alone.”
