Black and mixed heritage adoptive families wanted!

KINGSTON COUNCIL is currently looking for adoptive families for black and mixed heritage children aged up to nine years.

All our children need stable, nurturing families who can give them the attention and encouragement they need to grow up into happy, fulfilled young adults.

Some have special needs and others may need extra support with their emotional or physical development later on.

To adopt a child from Kingston upon Thames you can be single, married or in a same-sex relationship and there’s no upper age limit. You don’t need to own your own home and you may be entitled to means-tested financial support.

Being an adoptive parent can be challenging but it is also rewarding. Providing a child with a chance to flourish won’t just change their lives – it will change yours too.
