Black employment charity wants volunteers for photo shoot

A CHARITABLE organisation specialising in finding employment for young people, is calling for 50 volunteers to take part in a new campaign.

Access UK want 50 young black and ethnic minority (BME) volunteers for promotional photo shoot which will be captioned tomorrow (Sept 24).

The shoot is aim at highlighting the disadvantage that exists in the labour market relating to black and multi ethnic people.

Access UK is a charitable organisation that was founded in 2014, as a voice for the million or more youths who are currently unemployed in the UK, particularly BME NEETs (Not in Employment, Education or Training).

Its main objective is to help reduce BME youth unemployment, provide employment and training solutions for youth offenders and implement anti-gang initiatives in the community.

Time: 12noon sharp

Location: Tottenham Jobcentre, 640-656 High Rd, Tottenham N17 0AX

Theme: Bringing attention to the existing problem of black youth unemployment which stands at approximately 50 per cent in the UK.

Dress Code: Office wear, Trade Wear, Overalls etc.
