Bobby Brown pleads not guilty to drink driving

LEGAL WOES: Bobby Brown

AFTER BEING arrested on suspicion of drink driving in Los Angeles in October, singer Bobby Brown has pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence and other charges.

It was the second time this year that Brown had been arrested on suspicion of drink driving.

The R’n’B star previously pleaded no contest to drink driving in April and entered rehab in August but is scheduled to return to court on December 13 for this latest charge.

The 43-year-old Two Can Play That Game singer has a long list of legal problems.

Brown – who was married to late singer Whitney Houston - also faces charges in relation to driving on a suspended license and did not have an ignition locking device on his car, as required from a previous case.
