CHAD JOHNSON is suing two websites that posted his leaked his sextape without his consent, according to reports.
The former NFL star, who was last year divorced by wife Evelyn Lozada after he physically assaulted her, wants unspecified damages from online US publications WorldStarHipHop and Media Takeout and a court order blocking them from posting the footage ever again.
This news comes after the athlete turned to the FBI to help finding out who made the leak. He reportedly believes it may have been hacked from his phone.
According to TMZ, both websites removed the tape last Thursday following a cease-and-desist letter, but the saked Miami Dolphins wide receiver is claiming the damage was already done.
The female in the video is Orlando native and model Theresa Runyon, who goes by the name 'Wankaego,' according to Black Sports Online.
The tape was leaked a couple days after Johnson's ex-wife Lozada, dropped her restraining order against him following his August arrest for domestic violence.
