WRITE STUFF: A-Level student Natalie Sofolarin is now an official blogger for Mobo

AN A-LEVEL student with a creative flair has won a coveted role blogging for the Mobo website.

City of Westiminster College student Natalie Sofolarin, of Lambeth, south London, is now an Official MOBO Blogger and will write music and live gig reviews, news stories and interviews on one of the UK's most popular sites.

She will also have her profile on the MOBO.com site as one of three winners of a national competition to unearth new talent.

The 19-year-old, who is awaiting results from A-Levels in English Language and Literature, Sociology and Theatre Studies, won over judges with four pieces of original writing including two music reviews.

Delighted Natalie said: "I have always loved writing and started my own blog. For the pieces describing why I should be Official MOBO Blogger, I just wrote from the heart.

"This is a great opportunity to develop my skills."

Other perks of the job include press passes to major music events including the MOBO Awards in October and behind-the-scenes exposure to the industries most influential music figures.

In September, Natalie plans to start a degree in Public Relations at the University of Westminster.
