Concern over missing 15-year-old teen’s wellbeing

AUTHORITIES ARE growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of a 15-year-old boy who has not been seen for over a month.

Police need assistance in finding Reuben Musgrave, from South Molton, Devon, who was last seen outside Barnstaple Police Station in Devon at about 7.30pm on May 10 where he walked off from his foster carer.

The teenager made several calls to family members after he initially went missing indicating that he was well.

However, he told his family on June 5 that he was in London and was planning on staying there with friends.

Reuben – who has been described as black, 5ft 8in, of a slim build and with a short black afro – had only recently moved to South Molton.

He has friends in Bideford and possibly in the Peckham, southeast London.

He is also known to visit Appledore and Exeter.

When he was last spotted on May 10 he was wearing a bright yellow t-shirt and may have also had a grey hoody, a black and grey jacket and white and red trainers.

“Reuben is only 15 years and is therefore vulnerable and potentially at risk of harm. He has been missing for some time and his family are worried that he is no longer in contact,” said a police spokesperson.

“We are appealing to Reuben to make contact with the police or his family, and also to anyone who may know of his whereabouts to contact the police so we can make sure he is safe and well.”

Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101 quoting CS/13/178 or alternatively call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
