Countdown to I Love JA Day: Addressing community health

THIS SUNDAY (July 30) will see the 'Voice' and JN Bank-hosted I Love Jamaica Day 2017 come to north west London.

As well as the usual amazing offerings of tasty food, good music and fun children's activities, there will be an important and much-needed focus on health.

Health seminar

The event's featured health seminar will look at a few of key health areas that are of prime concern to the black community, including:

Prostate cancer
Diabetes
Heart health
Dementia

Although this list is not comprehensive, the areas covered are ones that are having a devastating impact on our community. This is an amazing opportunity to get vital information delivered to you by industry experts, with speakers including:

As well as the experts listed above, there will be speakers on behalf of Diabetes UK and the British Heart Foundation present.
