Dizzie Rascal puts memoirs on hold

HALT: Rapper Dizzie Rascal has put plans for memoirs on hold

DIZZIE RASCAL has scrapped plans to pen his autobiography, reportedly saying he didn't feel he had enough material to complete it.

Last year the rapper announced that he was planning on writing a tell-all book, but has shelved plans to release it this year for fear that it wouldn't be good enough.

"It's on hold at the moment. You look at someone like Katie Price, who's churning them out, and I thought I didn't want to become like Jordan," Rascal told The Sun.

He continued: "I won't go back to it until I've got enough stuff to write. I'm just focusing on my next album now, which I'm about a quarter of the way through."

It was revealed last year that Universal Records had signed up the 27-year-old rapper in a multi layered deal.

The Bonkers star's fifth album is set for release later this year.
