George Foreman challenges Steven Seagal to a fight

FORMER WORLD heavyweight champion George Foreman has taken to Twitter to call out Hollywood actor and martial artist Steven Seagal.

Foreman wants to face the fellow American over 10 rounds in Las Vegas.

Alongside a picture of Seagal, Foreman Tweeted:

"Steven Seagal, I challenge you One on one, I use boxing you can use whatever. 10 rounds in Vegas".

With fellow boxer Floyd Mayweather earning a reported $100 million from his fight with UFC star Conor McGregor, this could be a big payday for Foreman.

It’s not currently clear what prompted Foreman to challenge Seagal, but it may have something to do with Seagal’s recent comments on NFL players who protest by taking a knee during the national anthem.

Since hanging up his gloves 20 years ago, Foreman has gone on to create a business empire with his popular George Foreman Grill earning him an estimated £105million.

Seagal, meanwhile, is best known for his roles in Above The Law, Under Siege and The Patriot.
