MOVING: Actress Halle Berry is seeking to move to France with fiancé, Olivier Martinez

HALLE BERRY is believed to have asked a judge to grant her permission to relocate to France with her three-year-old daughter, it has been reported.

The Monster's Ball actress, who allegedly got engaged to French boyfriend, Olivier Martinez, earlier this year, said she feared for the safety of her daughter, Nahla, in LA, reports TMZ.

The 45-year-old is said to have made the move after she learned that two of her stalkers had been released from prison.

Gabriel Aubry, the father of the 45-year-old's child, is locked in a custody battle with the actress and is reportedly opposing the move. A hearing is said to be pending, according to the gossip site.
