Jamelia labelled a 'hypocrite' by 'sexy selfie' politician

SEXY SELFIES: Loose Women presenters Jamelia (centre) and Janet Street-Porter (right) have criticised Karen Danczuk's revealing selfies

SINGER AND television presenter Jamelia was labelled a hypocrite by Rochdale Labour councillor Karen Danczuk after the two engaged in a war of words on ITV’s Loose Women.

Councillor Danczuk, the wife of Labour MP Simon Danczuk, recently came under scrutiny over her provocative social media selfies.

The political figure is quickly gaining popularity for her cleavage baring selfies amassing 13,000 followers this month alone and has posted close to 50 selfies all featuring her now famous assets.

The notoriously outspoken panel of women didn’t mince their words when Danczuk joined them as a guest yesterday (Oct 7) afternoon.

First to lay into the councillor was mouthy journalist Janet Street Porter who identified the sex scandal surrounding the Rochdale area and described the Rochdale councillor as being a poor role model.

Jamelia then added: “You’re in a position of influence and power, you should be implementing change and representing your constituency in a positive way.

"What changes are you implementing in Rochdale now?”

Dancsuk shot back and asked: "What changes are you making as a pop star wearing short dresses? You’ve work the short skirts in pop videos. It’s a selfie, that’s what they’re about.”

Following the verbal dispute Danczuk took to twitter to continue defending herself. Posting a suggestive photo of panellist Jamelia with the caption "really??? @Jamelia".

WAR: Councillor Danczuk hit back on Twitter by posting this photo of Jamelia

While the Birmingham-born beauty did not directly respond to Danczuk's post, she did share a general tweet on the matter. “I’m not a politician…rules are different…simple as that. If she wants that freedom…she’s not a celeb…she’s a councillor."
