Kelly Rowland reveals post-pregnancy weight loss secret

JUST FOUR months after giving birth to her first child, US singer Kelly Rowland has already dropped a whopping 70 pounds.

In a recent chat with Extra!, the Work spoke about her love for her son, Titan and said her “secret” to her banging post-pregnancy body is working out with Hollywood trainer Jeanette Jenkins and taking fitness classes at SoulCycle.

“When I go in there and it’s the wee hours of the morning, [instructor Angela Davis] is a great secret, so motivational and Jeanette comes in with so much energy and this huge smile on her face and you can’t help but to get excited about working out,” Rowland said.

When it comes to her diet, the former Destiny’s Child member follows “the eighty, twenty rule.”

She explained: “Eighty per cent of the time you eat those foods giving you nourishment, you’re eating clean, and twenty per cent of the time, have guacamole, a ton of it like I do, and a margarita and maybe queso, too.”

Rowland, who wed her baby's daddy, manager Tim Witherspoon, last May, also discussed what it's like to be a mother.

"I think the best part of being a mum, actually it’s being Titan’s mum," she said.

"Titan is a pretty incredible kid."
