FAMILY: Leona's cousin, Adrian Henry, has been jailed indefinitely for robbing a massage parlour

THE COUSIN of singer Leona Lewis has been jailed indefinitely for his part in an armed robbery on a massage parlour.

Sentencing at Blackfriars Crown Court, in London, a judge ruled last Friday (July 22) that 29-year-old Adrian Henry would be imprisoned indefinitely after he and two other men raided the Omega Sauna in Kentish Town.

Henry previously served 12 years in a young offenders institution for his role in a gang rape at the age of 14.

The robbery, in which the armed raiders stole the day's takings, took place in January 2009, just two months after Henry was released.

The judge said the men had subjected the occupants to an ordeal that resulted in deep mental and psychological wounds.

Police later found Henry hiding in bushes near the scene of the crime.

Henry and his co-defendant Terry Heywood admitted five charges of robbery, one of attempted robbery and possession of a firearm.

The judge said both were being given indeterminate sentences for the public's protection, as it was “impossible” not to take Henry's previous crime into account.

I think we need to take into consideration that he was previously involved in a gang rape. We dont know the age of the girl/woman who was raped. I think if you come out of prison and you want food, there are plenty of places in london where you can get free or cheap food. He choose to rob a 'seedy little' place, it doesnt matter what the place was, he did wrong. The law and govt are trying to crack down on gun crime, maybe he should think of that. In the old days, crooks said if you cant do the time, dont do the crime, so lets not bring in peodo sentences, for that write to your mp and protest, because they never get enough. just dont compare the two,

Pedo's spend less time in jail..some people rob to eat,why are people pedo's because they like it. Just a fought and while we are here those to African who abused that child how long did they get...as I said the kids get no protection but the seedy little hore house in kentish town gets so well looked after. Just my view.
