Lewis the Fourth claims another world crown

AND THE WINNER IS: Lewis Hamilton

GREAT BRITON Lewis Hamilton claimed a fourth world crown despite a horror race at the Mexico Grand Prix today (October 29).

After being hit from behind by rival Sebastian Vettel’s Ferrari, Hamilton suffered a puncture which saw him last place at one satge. In the end he managed to finish ninth which was good enough to see off Vettel’s championship challenge as he came home fourth.

An eventful race was won by flying Dutchman Max Verstappen who led home Valtteri Bottas (Mercedes) and Kimi Raikkonen (Ferrari).

A jubilant Hamilton said: "It doesn't feel real. It is not the kind of race I wanted, 40 seconds behind, but I never gave up. That is what is important and in my heart. I am grateful for today.
