CONVICTED: Santre Sanchez Gayle
A MAN who was jailed for life for paying a schoolboy £200 to murder a young mother, has reportedly lost his appeal in court.
Izak Kwasi Billy, denied hiring Santre Sanchez Gayle, 15, to shoot Gulistan Subasi in May last year, allegedly arguing that he should not have been put on trial alongside the teen.
The 22-year-old's defence also stated that his case was 'prejudiced' because CCTV footage showing the pair speaking before the murder was used as evidence against him, reports Hackney Gazette.

KILLED: Gulistan Subasi
During a hearing last week the suspect's claims were reportedly rejected by judges, Lord Justice Pitchford, Mr Justice Underhill and Mr Justice Lindblomm who were said to have called the case against Billy 'unarguable'.
Mr Justice Underhill reportedly said: “Overall, we see no real risk that the presentation of the applicant’s defence was prejudiced by the course which the trial took.”
