Met ‘concerned’ over missing elderly Alzheimer’s sufferer

THE METROPOLITAN police have made an appeal to the public in help finding a woman who has been missing since December 10.

Sixty-four-year-old Alzheimer's sufferer Juliette Weir, from Greenford, west London, was last seen at roughly 4.00pm at a bus stop near Greenford Tube Station.

It is believed that Weir may be in the Ealing or Greenford area.

Weir has been described as black, of slim build and approximately 5’, 3” with bob weaved hair receding at the front.

She was last seen wearing a beige cap, long green jacket, brown trousers and black trainers with pink on them that were possibly made by sports brand Puma.

"Police are concerned for this lady's welfare so if anyone has seen her or knows of her whereabouts please call Ealing missing persons unit on 020 8246 1041 (8am - 8pm) or 101, quoting reference 12MIS039992,” said Ealing police officer DC Sharon Porter.
