Money Mayweather flaunts extravagant taste

NO TRANSPORT WORRIES: Mayweather poses with his fleet of cars and private jet (Instagram)

MORE MONEY, more problems is probably not a mantra that boxer Floyd Mayweather dwells on.

Considered by many as the sport’s pound-for-pound greatest fighter alive today, the 37-year-old American has been using social media to show off his opulent lifestyle and how he enjoys to go from A to B in transport worth more than the GDP of a small country.

EXPENSIVE TASTE: Mayweather poses with his wheels

Mayweather’s Instagram account is awash with images of flash super cars, private jets and bundles of cash on top of a Ferrari bonnet.

The boxing champion, who, according to Forbes magazine, earned £66.1m in 2014, is known for his larger than life attitude inside and outside the ring, and again his choice of online posts shows humility may not be in his vocabulary.

LOADS OF MONEY: Cash flow is not one of Mayweather's concerns

Posting an image of himself with his fleet of luxury cars and private jet, Mayweather writes in a caption: “Welcome to my toy world! Who wants to come out and play?”

Reportedly, the cars Mayweather flaunts on Instagram are worth an estimated total of almost £6m. They include two different Bugatti Veyrons, two Ferraris, a Lamborghini and a Porsche.

CAR COLLECTOR: One car is not enough for Mayweather

There has been talk of Mayweather being lined up to fight Manny Pacquiao later this year, while British fighter Amir Khan also wants to take on Mr Moneybags, whom Forbes claims is the best-paid athlete in the world.

Regardless of whether Mayweather chooses to go back into the ring, many of his fans may just be hoping that the boxer has the bravado to upload an image of himself swimming in a pool full of dollar bills.
