Notorious B.I.G’s autopsy report disclosed for first time

AN AUTOPSY report following the death of legendary rapper The Notorious B.I.G in 1997 has been revealed for the first time.

The report, which was obtained by TMZ, allegedly shows that the Sky’s The Limit hit-maker was shot four times during a drive by shooting that took place in March, 1997, in Los Angeles.

It states that three of the shot were not fatal.

Gunshot number one struck The Notorious B.I.G, real name Christopher Wallace, in the left forearm and travelled down to his wrist.

Gunshot number two hit the 24-year-old in the back, missed all vital organs, and exited through his left shoulder and gunshot number three struck Wallace on his outer left thigh and exited through his inner left thigh.

However, a fourth shot entered his body through his right hip and went through several organs, damaging his colon, liver, heart and the upper lobe of his left lung.

Two of the bullets were discovered on the gurney that took Wallace to the Cedars-Sinai Hospital while another was found after doctors had pronounced his death.

His mother Voletta identified his body.

According to TMZ, in a section of the report labelled ‘Other Pertinent Information’, it says: "Decedent may be rap singer."

Wallace’s shooter has never been brought to justice.
