A MEMBER of rap group Travis Porter was allegedly arrested yesterday for having a loaded gun in his bag at a US airport.

Popular rapper Strap, real name Harold Demetrius Duncan Jr, is currently being held in custody for attempting to smuggle the illegal weapon through a security checkpoint at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, Atlanta, say reports.

The Make it rain hitmaker, who is most famed for being in the hip-hop trio alongisde members Ali and Quez, was said to be boarding a flight to New York before he was detained.

The group have yet to confirm the accuastions or if Strap has been released from custody.
