Rapper Waka Flocka Flame to retire

RETIREMENT: Waka Flocka Flame

RAPPER WAKA Flocka Flame has shocked fans by announcing his plans to quit rap next year.

The Hard in the Paint hit-maker says that the “fake” industry is the reason behind his decision.

He wrote on his official Twitterpage: "This game 2 fake I quit rap after this year [sic].”

The controversial 25-year-old, who has been heavily criticised for his rapping skills in the past, previously caused a stir after he admitted that he has “no lyrics”.

He said: “I don't got no lyrics. The ni**as who they say is lyrical, they ain't got no shows, that ain't finnin' to get you no money [sic]."

He added: “I'm not into being lyrical. I read all the time. I know words.

“I'm just trying to get crunk. I'm not trying to be off the dome, do a million words in five minutes. I'm not into that.”

It has been reported that the rapper’s current single, No Hands, will be his final release.
