Sex-trafficker who used 'witchcraft' to scare victims jailed

A SEX trafficker, who used African witchcraft rituals to silence young girls smuggled into Britain to into a prostitution-ring, has been jailed.

Osezua Osolase, was sentenced to 20 years yesterday, after he reportedly brought Nigerian orphans into to the UK with the fake promise of a ‘better life’.

The court heard that the 42-year-old treated sold the victims into a form of ‘modern-day slavery’ by attempting to send them on to parts of Europe to be sexually assaulted by gangs, reports

It is believed that ‘West African juju’ rituals were used to insight fear into the three unidentified victims.

Osolase was found guilty of five counts of trafficking for sexual exploitation, one count of rape and one count of sexual activity with a child.

Judge Adele Williams was said to have told Osolase that he is ‘devoid’ of conscience and compassion.
