South London murder appeal

APPEAL: Earl Warburton was found suffering from serious injuries in his south London home

POLICE CONTINUE to appeal for information a week on from the murder of a man in south London.

Earl Warburton, 58, was found in his home in Loampiy Hill, Lewisham, last Wednesday suffering from serious injuries.

He was pronounced dead at the scene at 2.00am.

A post-mortem examination that took place at the following day and gave the cause of death as multiple injuries.

Detective Chief Inspector Caroline Goode, said: "We would like to hear from anyone who thinks they might have some information that can assist in our investigation.”

No arrests have been made at this stage.
