T-Pain sues auto-tune makers $1m

SINGER T-PAIN is reportedly suing auto-tune makers, Antares Technologies, for using his image to market their products without permission.

T-Pain, who ended an endorsement with Antares in June to create his own line of the popular audio effect, which distorts the human voice, claims the company’s use of his image could damage sales of his own product.

The Sprung hit-maker, famed for his use of autotune, filed the $1 million lawsuit on Monday (July 24) and is seeking an injunction that would ban Antares from using or connecting him to any of their products.
