Two Black men wanted for violent chain attack

Police hunt men in their 20s for “violent and unprovoked attack” on 54-year-old man

ATTACKED: Andrew Erotokritos

POLICE ARE trying to trace two black men in connection with a violent attack that left a man a broken leg and major internal bleeding.

The men, thought to be in their 20s, are believed to have tried to steal Andrew Erotokritos’ £3000 gold chain while he was washing his car in Streatham, south London on July 1.

It is thought that they approached Mr Erotokritos in a green Peugeot 206 and yanked at his chain through the passenger side window. When the chain failed to break, the suspects sped off – holding onto the chain, which was still around Mr Erotokritos’ neck.

The 54-year-old the South London Press: “The car passenger window was open and I was pulled into the car with the chain.”

“Then the driver speed away at incredibly high speed with my head, neck and chest trapped. My torso was dangling from the car with my legs and feet dragged along the road surface,” he said.

“At no time did the driver or passenger have any concern for my life.

“I believe they would’ve killed me for my chain,” he said

Detective Constable Nathan Sribalan, of Merton burglary and robbery team, said: “This was a violent and unprovoked attack.”

LOL!! is not even a funny remark..my guess is that they were British black, from right here in the UK.Having been educated here etc.Please take off your narrow minded glasses,this country has serious youth behavioural problems regardless of ethnicity!We have a nation of ferrel youths and if I might add,older adults many of whom rather than be responsible parents and family members are more intent on acting like children themselves.
No one should have to have suffered such an horrendous attack as did Mr. Erotokritos. I wish him a speedy recovery.
For the record I am English white.

Mr Englishman, I will excuse u as ur not familiar with our community's problems in the way in which we are. However, your people are more than happy to blame West Indians when they commit crime but, to do so, is as stupid as blaming Europeans when the English or Irish commit crimes. You may not get my point but, that's ok, you're excused. Your people are usually content to paint us all with the same brush rather than analysing the real situ. That's white fairness for you!

Why is it that when I was attacked beaten and raped by a white Italian mercilessly, not one officer, who ALL happen to be white - DID NOT HELP ME. Sorry whay does his s** get coverage and mine doesn't get even a look in.

I was BEATEN, RAPED and again attacked by a hateful, sick WHITE ITALIaN male - nothing AS USUAL WAS DONE!

I wish they did this to my attacker and took off his head.
