Usher cries in court

UPSET: Usher

R’N’B SINGER Usher Raymond was reduced to tears during his custody battle with his ex-wife at an Atlanta court on Monday (May 21).

The Confessions singer began to weep after the attorney of his former wife Tameka Foster showed photos of him partying in Europe in February.

Foster wants full custody of their two children while Usher is fighting for increased visitation rights.

The attorney insinuated that Usher, 33, preferred to party rather than looking after their children.

Usher was also subjected to questions regarding drug use. He admitted to smoking cannibis in the past but his attorney objected when asked whether he had taken ecstasy.

Earlier in proceedings, Usher accused Foster of spitting on his girlfriend, telling the court: "She wanted to fight... (She said), 'I'm gonna kick your a**. B**ch get out of the car. How dare you bring this woman into my subdivision in my house?'

"She continued to spit. At this point she pulled the (car) door open, tried to swing at her (girlfriend)."

Foster and Usher were married from 2007 to 2009.
