Usher's ex-wife to be evicted from mansion?

BREAKDOWN: Usher and Tameka pose during happier times

SINGER USHER'S ex-wife Tameka Foster could be evicted from her home, following a lengthy custody battle over her children with the star.

The mother to the superstar's two sons, Usher, four, and Naviyd, three, could be forced to leave the Atlanta Georgia mansion in less than 60 days because the home legally belongs to Usher, reports TMZ.

Sources close to former couple, who divorced in 2009 after two years together, have reported that the pair are currently 'locked in a nasty custody dispute' with Tameka's residency issues holding up a resolution.

The news comes after Tameka asked for the OMG singer to be stripped of joint physical custody of their sons but a judge at Fulton County Court, ordered the pair to work things out between them.

The former stylist claimed that Usher is behind on $34,000 worth of payments after promising her $5,000-a-month to pay for a nanny.

She has requested more child support, arguing there has been a 'substantial change' in her former spouse's income since they divorced.
