Zoe Kravitz: "Lily Allen attacked me"

SPEAKING OUT: Zoe Kravitz

ZOE KRAVITZ has denied reports that she shared a kiss with Lily Allen and said that the singer attacked her.

Kravitz made the statements in an appearance on the US show What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.

The 29-year-old was responding to a question from a viewer about whether Allen had warned her that she would be writing about the pair’s kiss in her autobiography and how it came about.

Kravitz replied: “Who’s Lily Allen?

She added: “If by kissing she means like attacking, then yes, she kissed me.

“[She] attacked me.”

Cohen asked if that was how Allen had portrayed the interaction in her book to which Kravitz grimaced and shook her head.

He then asked her if she had read the book and Kravitz said: “I don’t think anybody read the book.”

The extract from Allen’s book that the viewers questioned referred to reads: "For my New York shows, Zoe Kravitz and her band Lolawolf supported me, so I got to know Zoe a bit. We became friends.

"Zoe and I went out partying and ended up kissing. I heard that later that same night she'd got down with A$AP Rocky."

Kravitz appeared on the show with Eddie Redmayne as part of the promo tour for the film Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald in which she plays Leta Lestrange.
