I have never heard of a doctor sent to prison for manslaughter before in a case such as this! I am pretty certain it is due to Dr Conrads race why he was sentenced. Go back through history and read of the many doctors who over perscribed pills for famous clients who then died. Read of the massive prescription bill Elvis Presley had from his doctors, yet not a single doctor faced any charge!
Jacksons wacko family were behind the trial, and lept, giggled and sang when the Doctor was found guilty. They could have decided not to pursue a criminal trial. Jacksons death was only in part due to the overdose, he clearly had many health problems, longstanding long before his death. His family and fans wanted a scapegoat, and Dr Conrad provided just that! The judge had no problem giving him 4 years, as statistically black people convicted of crimes are far more likely to receive sentences, and longer sentences than whites convicted!

You are so right! there are some extremely EVIL people out there, working in all sectors of life educated and the not so educated, but one way or another some of them just cannot seem to mask their evil streak even with all the education that they've got. I was really shocked when they showed the picture of him lying in bed when he passed away with the machine hooked up to his face, they did it on purpose, they try to make it seem like it was to help the case but it was to bring shame on him and his family.
