Hot in her heels SEXY: Chyna Whyne

How singer Chyna is helping women to walk tall… and sexy

IT’S OFTEN said that diamonds are a girl’s best friend, but let’s face it, unless you’re very lucky (or very rich and famous), they can be hard to come by.

For those who can’t afford diamonds the next best gems are shoes, because not only do they have the ability to excite, you don’t need to depend upon Prince Charming to present them!

The joy of owning a new pair of shoes is priceless, especially when you step out in your glory wearing the hot to trot heels.

However, if you are like most women, the pleasure of wearing your new affordable gems is often short lived due to cramping in the feet and calves, and sometimes lower back pain.

So what’s a girl to do? According to singer Chyna Whyne the answer to wearing your high heels with ease, elegance and grace is simple.

The rock songstress has set up an exciting, educational and fun workshop from September 27-28 at the Joshi Clinic Wellness Centre in London, to teach women how to master walking in heels.

Speaking exclusively to The Voice Chyna, who has just released a single entitled Love Yourself, said:

“The music industry is very glam and gorgeous so I was always expected to wear sky-scrapers while on stage, which always caused me alarming pain.

“After I finished touring with Eric Clapton I began to notice that the pain was increasing and I began to experience some serious backache.

“I tried every method in the book to get rid of the throbbing but it only worked temporarily. However, one day somebody told me to try out the Alexander Technique.

“After trying the technique I was surprised by the results because all my pain vanished.”

Chyna describes the Alexander Technique as a “gentle and very effective way to help women regain perfect balance, poise, grace and elegance.”

She claims her classes will change the way women walk in their heels for life.

“The classes will teach women how to change their entire movement. I will show women how to master the art of looking hot in their heels and demonstrate how to have a pain-free experience.

“Most women who wear high heels place all their body weight on the ball of their feet, plus they knock their knees back, which is like slamming the brakes in your car.

“Erasing all of these bad habits will eliminate the foot ache and other painful experiences that us women have been enduring for years.”

Chyna adds: “All my shoes are sexy and 100 percent comfortable. I wouldn’t have it any other way.

“First and foremost women need to learn which shoes hurt, because there are some heels that no matter how you stand they are so badly designed that they will guarantee to hurt.

“The key to comfortable shoes is stability. A lot of us women get carried away by the superficial design of shoes, especially if they are strappy.

“But you must make sure before you purchase any shoes that they can hold your body weight and that your feet can breath, because swelling is also a big problem when wearing heels.”

The 5’4” singer says walking well in high heels is a question of balance.

“Women will regain the confidence of wearing heels again. And for those who are already experienced in wearing heels but would like to learn more about how to walk sexy, I will give hot top tips on how to strut your stuff.”

Having had a love affair with shoes since a child, chyna recommends any lady looking for a Prince Charming to come to her classes.

“If you want a man then you need to know how to walk in heels,” she laughs.

“You cannot be a shrinking violet in a pair of heels. Once you have mastered how to strut your stuff you can take on the world, and far from playing into the hands of men, you are getting them to play your game.

“No mistake about it, men love to see women walk in heels and the higher the better. Heels are a best turn on for a man.”

Chyna has even written a book called How To Master The Art of Looking Hot In Your Heels...And Make Walking in Them a Pain-Free Experience.

“When I put on my high heels and hit the road, before I get to my desired destination I’m on average stopped by at least 10 men,” she says.

“Heels are a done deal because they are a secret weapon at getting attention. Once you have mastered how to walk in your heels with poise and without experiencing pain, you will never look back. As Madonna once said ‘stilettos are better then sex’.”
