FOLLOWING THE killing of an unarmed black teenager at the hands of a neighbourhood watchman, a number of prominent faces and community members have joined in the international campaign calling for his assailant to be arrested.

Seventeen-year-old Trayvon Martin was killed as he walked home from a local store in Florida, wearing a hoodie on Feb 26. He was unarmed and just carrying a packet of Skittles sweets and iced tea.

Donning similar hoods, celebrities, sportsmen and community members, have posted pictures in support of The Voice's "More to me than my hoodie" campaign to see neighbourhood watchman, George Zimmerman, arrested for shooting the team.

Rapper P Diddy, singers Jamie Foxx and Keyshia Cole, actress, Kerry Washington and producer, Swizz Beats are just some of the high profile names who have tweeted pictures of themselves.
