A RAPPER has started what he describes as the 'XY' movement, which encourages his male fans to cross-dress and wear makeup.
Dallas-based artist Daryll Duane Philips II, who goes by the name DPhil Spanglishman and claims he is not gay, began the controversial gender bending 'revolution' to open peoples' eyes to a new way of life.
The striking 19-year-old started the movement by constantly wearing lipstick and tights in public in a bid to prove that modern gender barriers do not exist.
In a recent interview he said: "A lot of people feel like a lot of colors or tight clothes is homosexual. I feel like it`s more of an expression of me."
