GIVING: 50 Cent

50 CENT has made a big donation to charity after selling his mansion in Connecticut.

The rapper sold his 50,000 square foot pad -- with a whopping 21 bedrooms and 25 bathrooms -- for $3 million.

According to TMZ, the Power producer will donate the funds to his G-Unity Foundation, a project that provides grants to non-profit organisations that focus on improving the quality of life for low-income and underserved communities across the country.

The charity was founded in 2003, and the board of directors includes 50 and G-Unit members Lloyd Banks and Tony Yayo.

The Outta Control rapper had made numerous attempts at selling the home - which is set over 17 acres - cutting his asking price on multiple occasions in his bid to move it.

The palatial mansion, which was previously owned by boxer Mike Tyson, has been on the market for years, after 50 bought it in 2007 for $18.5 million. The home features nine kitchens, infinity pool and indoor pool helicopter pad, a casino a nightclub plus more.
