Cavalier LeBron's still got it!

LEBRON JAMES reminded Miami Heat what they're missing as he led his home-town Cleveland Cavaliers to a 122-119 win during their pre-season game in Rio de Janeiro on Saturday (October 11).

It is the first time James has played against his former team since returning to the Cavaliers in July after four years and two NBA titles. He scored seven points and picked up eight assists against the Heat.

James said: “For me it was a special moment to be back here competing against my old team-mates. I didn't get that awkward feeling, but a lot of memories came back about the things that we accomplished.”

Although he barely spoke to his formers team-mates prior to and during the game, there was lots of hugs and handshakes after the final whistle.

Heat coach, Erik Spoelstra admitted he was glad to get the first meeting out of the way prior to the new season.
