JASON MITCHELL has been fired from his leading role on The Chi and Netflix film Desperados, according to reports.

The actor rose to notoriety after he played Eazy-E in Straight Outta Compton.

Several female cast members of the Chicago-set drama series, created by Lena Waithe, have reported issues with Mitchell, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The actor is understood to have also been dropped by his agency and management company.

Tiffany Boone, Mitchell’s co-star in The Chi is reportedly among the multiple actresses who have made accusations against the 32-year-old.

An unnamed source told The Hollywood Reporter that Boone, who plays the girlfriend of Mitchell’s character on the show, made several complaints of sexual harassment against him.

The insider also told the publication that Boone felt so unsafe with Mitchell that she had her fiance, Marque Richardson, on set when she was acting alongside him.

Boone told Fox 21, the company that produces the show, that she could not work with him any longer, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

New Girl actor Lamorne Morris has replaced Mitchell in Desperados, a comedy set in Mexico.

The details of the producers’ decision to replace Mitchell have not been made public.

Mitchell’s past work includes roles in Mudbound and Kong: Skull Island.

Neither Boone, Mitchell or Waithe have publicly commented on the allegations.
