NAOMI CAMPBELL will be returning to Cannes to host her charity fashion gala event Fashion For Relief on 13 May 2018, following the amazing success of last year’s event which raised vital funds for Save The Children. Guests in attendance for that event included Queen Rania Al-Abdullah of Jordan, Leonardo Di Caprio, Donatella Versace, Kate Moss, Uma Thurman, Kendall Jenner, Bella Hadid, Heidi Klum and many more. Exciting names for this year's event to be announced in coming weeks.

Fashion For Relief was founded in 2005 and has raised millions, supporting amongst others the fight against Ebola and relief after disasters such as the Japanese earthquake and tsunami, the Haiti earthquake, Hurricane Katrina, and child refugee crises. FFR has staged shows in London, New York, Cannes, Moscow, Mumbai and Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania.

This year’s Fashion For Relief theme is Race To Equality, which focuses on education, health and culture. FFR will support this year amongst other charities Save the Children and Time’s Up.

An international children’s charity, Save the Children fights every single day for children’s futures, making sure they survive, get protected, and have the chance to learn. Naomi worked with Save the Children last year when she went on a trip to the Za’atari camp in Jordan – home to 80,000 refugees, 50 per cent of which are made up of children.

Time’s Up is a unified call for change from women in entertainment and culture for women everywhere. This campaign addresses the systemic inequality and injustice in the workplace that have kept underrepresented groups from reaching their full potential.

Sure to be the jewel of the Cannes Film Festival calendar once again, Fashion For Relief is a charity event like no other – set in the picturesque Cannes Mandelieu Hangar and attended by over 1,000 VIP guests. The evening features Naomi and her celebrity friends hitting the catwalk, dressed by the most prestigious fashion houses, and a special live music performance.

The Fashion For Relief show will precede a gala dinner and live auction featuring special items donated by influential artists, designers, celebrities and brands who Naomi has personally asked to help.
