Olympic tester tickets on sale soon

FOLLOWING A successful summer of Olympic test events, the London Prepares series continues with 15 events in London 2012 venues, five of which are ticketed to the general public.

Tickets for track cycling, gymnastics and diving test events will go on sale at 10am on November 12, with the opportunity to see international competition and Olympic qualifiers from just £5.

The world’s best gymnasts have one final chance to secure a place at the London 2012 games at the international gymnastics Olympic qualifier held at the O2 Arena, which runs from January 10-18 with tickets from £5-£20.

The event is split up into three disciplines; artistic, trampoline and rhythmic, and promises fantastic competitive action.

Track cycling, the highly anticipated first competitive event in the award winning Velodrome, brings the best international riders to the Olympic Park for the UCI Track Cycling World Cup Classic.

Following successful test events for BMX and the road race, all eyes will turn to the Velodrome from February 16-19 five months before the start of the Games. Tickets range from £10-£40.

The last opportunity for athletes to qualify for individual and synchronised diving at the London 2012 Olympic Games will take place at the FINA Diving World Cup from February 20-26.

Ticket holders, paying from £5-£30, have the chance to watch high calibre sport under the innovative curved roof of the Aquatics Centre.
