Ray J closes $31 million deal to launch Raycon Global


SINGER and Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood star Ray J, seems to be branching out of Hollywood and into the tech world.

The LA native has announced the launch his new tech brand, Raycon Global in which was fully secured by closing a $31 million deal with Cowboy Wholesale who will take on the role as a Raycon Global exclusive distributor.

Raycon Global is a new electric transportation brand with all electronics designed by celebrities. In a recent press release, Ray J stated: "The world is moving towards renewable green energy, and electric transportation is a big part of that. With the Raycon movement, we are going to make sure we are one of the first ones there."

Since the announcement of his newest tech venture, Chris McCarthy, President of VH1 and MTV, Amy Doyle, General Manager of VH1 and MTV, and his wife, Princess Norwood have all extended their congratulations to the star.
