These artists are a must-see at Field Day 2019

PERFORMERS: Skepta and Jorja Smith are among those performing at Field Day 2019

FESTIVAL SEASON is soon upon us, as thousands will be taking to the fields, beaches and parks across Europe to see their favourite acts take to the stage.

One of the first big festivals on the agenda this season is Field Day, which takes Friday 7 Jun 2019 – Sunday 9 Jun 2019 at Meridian Water in North London.

Ahead of the the three-day extravaganza, we’ve rundown a few artists to watch out for at this year’s festival:


When you think of north London’s finest, Skepta is definitely the no.1 name on everybody’s lips. As the rapper prepares to release his new album Ignorance Is Bliss on May 31, he’ll definitely be the one to watch at Field Day, as thousands are sure to be the first to see Skeppy perform some new tracks, old school classics and fan favourites.


Death Grips define energy. The punk/hip-hop group return to Field Day on Friday and are sure to bring a rousing performance that’ll get the crowd going.


The Birmingham-crooner and her melodic vocals will take to the stage on Friday and we can not wait. Since releasing her debut single Sober in 2016, she has continued to enchant the hearts and ears of many and she is certainly one to watch this year.


Jorja Smith continues to go from strengh to strengh, and her headline slot at Field Day proves just that. The Walsall beauty is sure to bring her powerhouse vocals and melodies to the stage as she performs a selection of songs from her critically-acclaimed album Lost and Found.


Octavian knows how to get the party started. The French-born, south London raised rapper has a distinctive flow which has dominated clubs since the release of his track Party Here in 2017. And with his hit single Bet featuring Skepta, we may get a surprise performance from the two - who knows!
