We're hiring for a Temp Video Assistant position, which supports the Global Digital Production Department in various daily tasks from video production, post production, video QA/QC, and asset management.


The job functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
Post-production editing of video, audio, and media assets using Adobe Premiere Pro- Applying organization and assembly of footage
Camera/Light setup and operation
Quality checking and correction of video metadata and transcription-Ingesting and organizing new and existing media assets into a Digital Asset Managment system with appropriate metadata
Exporting video files and other media
Quality analysis of videos
Delivering media to internal and external clients
Other production and post-production duties as assigned


Any combination equivalent to, but not limited to, the following:

Familiarity with video editing in a fast-paced setting, or equivalent level of skills- Basic understanding of filming technique and camera operation
Proficiency of the Adobe Premiere Pro and the rest of the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, MAC/Windows OS- Graphic design/After Effects knowledge a plus
General understanding of digital media properties
Familiarity with Youtube, Vimeo, CDNs and project management programs such as JIRA/Confluence
General understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to demonstrate innovative thinking and creative problem solving
Ability to provide feedback and direction to others
Ability to interpret corrections, feedback, and revisions for editing projects
Ability to multi-task, plan, and prioritise effectively
