Chip’s new single ’10 Commandments’ whips up a storm

Chip is ready to go

’10 COMMANDMENTS’, British artist Chip’s latest single from his forthcoming mixtape “Snakes & Ladders“, dropped last Friday and it represents more lyrical shots fired in the direction of ‘Grime King’ Stormzy.

The two are reported to be in a feud following footage of the Blinded By Yoru Grace rapper’s supposedly inpromptu visit to Chips house last year.

Since the video surfaced both rappers have spat bars on varying tracks that could be linked to the beef.

However, there can be no confusion about Chip’s latest lyrical assault in which he spits: ‘You’re not a Christian, you’re a fraud, crucify him, praise the Lord! How are you blinded by his grace, but still manage to find my door.’

Chip took to Twitter to clarify his position stating: “What I’m doing to YOU LOTS KING… is what he said he’s gonna do to me. I have 0% mercy. I could show you ALL the voice notes… and text… promise it weren’t me shouting lol. I don’t shout I’m wavy. But if I do that… then I’m… yeah. Lol #CM or perish.”

Formerly known as Chipmunk, the north London artist is no stranger to rap-beef and has clashed any one who as been willing to step up to the plate.

With Chip widely considered one of the best to ever do it, most music fans aren’t surprised Stormzy hasn’t directly addressed the diss tracks.

For one thing, the Heavy is the Head rapper really doesn’t have much to gain from responding and secondly, he’s not guranteed to win.

Response or not Chip has made it clear what he’s on for the rest of 2021. Posting on twitter he wrote: “All the Snakes get along.

“29.01.21 anyone interrupt my path… (Smoke) On Everything.”
