LEGENDARY BLUESMAN and four-time GRAMMY Award-winner Keb’ Mo’ has announced selected UK shows for January 2020 – this run of dates will also see the artist, an acknowledged modern master of American roots music, heading into mainland Europe and then across to India.

Following the release of the thought-provoking Oklahoma album in spring 2019, a record that brought worldly issues to the forefront, Keb’ Mo’ returned to lift spirits with a heartfelt feel-good Christmas outing, Moonlight, Mistletoe & You, released October 18 – both albums were issued via Snakefarm Records in the UK. 

Moonlight, Mistletoe & You embraces Keb’ Mo’s diverse talents to great effect, showing that this celebrated blues exponent is just as adept addressing R&B and Americana-styled roots music. Produced byKeb’ himself, the record provides seven new songs plus three covers…

“After 25 years of performing without releasing a Christmas album, I felt now was as good a time as any to spread some love and compassion,” he reflects. 

“There’s something about Christmas time that makes everyone’s heart a little lighter, and I wanted to contribute to the movement of spreading a little joy. I feel like I was able to accomplish that through the making of the album”.
