TREY SONGZ: Circles

GRAMMY AWARD-nominated R&B superstar Trey Songz unveiled his new single – ‘Circles’ available now via Atlantic Records.

The release is celebrated by a touching music video highlighting the many aspects of black love at different stages in life.

Trey explains: “I wanna make the kind of R&B that inspired me to sing. The songs that makes you love, the ones that make cry and the ones that make you smile, laugh and dance.

“Music is the soundtrack that plays while we live our lives, and I wanna be there for my fans while they are living through this truly special time that we’ll never forget.

“I say I’m “Back Home” because the music feels that way. I hope you feel the same.”

‘Circles’ precedes Trey’s highly anticipated eighth studio album, ‘Back Home’, coming soon.

The album – which marks the acclaimed VA-based artist’s first full-length release in over three years – was heralded earlier this year by ‘Back Home (Feat. Summer Walker)‘, produced by Hitmaka and available now for streaming and download HERE; a deeply moving companion video shot at home during quarantine is streaming now via YouTube.

In addition, Trey recently released the powerful single ‘2020 Riots: How Many Times‘, produced by longtime collaborator Troy Taylor, the protest anthem attracted wide-ranging media attention, with a portion of all proceeds from the track benefiting both Black Lives Matter and the Community Justice Exchange’s National Bail Fund Network.

‘2020 Riots: How Many Times’ is joined by an official video compiling footage shot by various contributors during Trey’s recent Black Lives Matter weekend event in his hometown area of Petersburg/Richmond, VA.

The powerful clip is streaming now via YouTube here.

In addition, Trey followed the release of ‘2020 Riots: How Many Times’ with a standout live performance of the track during YouTube’s groundbreaking ‘Bear Witness, Take Action’ campaign, streaming here.
