Michelle Obama shares new workout playlist

Former first lady gets moving with Spotify selections

FITNESS: Michelle Obama has shared the songs she works out to

TAKE YOUR #SelfcareSunday to another level with Michelle Obama’s Workout Playlist, only on Spotify. The former first lady has shared it with her followers on Instagram and Twitter.

The playlist features upbeat tracks like “Drogba (Joanna)” by Afro B, “One Kiss” from Calvin Harris and Dua Lipa, “Soulmate” by Lizzo and “Clique” by Kanye West, Big Sean and Jay-Z. If 90’s feel good jams are your speed when working out, Michelle Obama has that covered with tracks like Jennifer Lopez’s “Feelin’ So Good” (feat. Big Fun and Fat Joe) and “Feels Good” by Tony! Toni! Toné!

And since no workout session is complete without a cool down, the former first lady included soothing tracks like “Lay Me Down” by Sam Smith, “Godspeed” by Frank Ocean and “Show Me Love” by Alicia Keys (feat. Miguel).

This isn’t the first time the Obamas have turned to Spotify to share their music interests; Michelle Obama gifted a Valentine’s Day playlist to her husband, former President Barack Obama, in 2018, and just last month President Obama shared his favorite songs of 2019.
