LAUNCH: Dove Dental & Wellbeing Spa

DOVE DENTAL & Wellbeing Spa will officially launch and open its doors to all residents in Earlsfield and south west London this Saturday (October 5).

This independent, black-owned dental and aesthetic practice, located at 328 Garrat Lane, has served the local community for over 100 years, with 35 years under the care of the Dove family.

The launch event, which will be attended by notable guest stars and renowned personalities, represents the clinic being ushered into a new era, by the new generation of the Dove family.

Kay Dove, managing director, said: “Dove Dental & Wellbeing Spa will continue to rely on the great legacy built by my father and stands as a bastion for the community, however, we now also want to emphasise the importance of using new technologies, sustainability and a holistic approach to wellbeing and mindfulness.”

The practice been completely renovated, invested in new state-of the-art facilities and new ultra-modern equipment. This includes digital x-rays and a HIFU machine (High Intensity Focused Ultrasound) for skin tightening. Intra oral and/or SLR cameras will be used to take clinical photographs during consultations, to support and help any patients to understand their journey and what they should and could improve.

Clinical director Dr Kevin Dapaah said: “Having a more modern environment and state-of-the-art equipment allows our team to offer the very latest techniques to our patients. Additionally, with a vast array of in-chair entertainment, featuring popular and beloved TV shows, Netflix, Youtube, Spotify, IPad games for children and Bluetooth headphones to ease patients into a relax and comfort mode, the clinic provides patients with a unique and enjoyable experience.”

Dr Jamal Johnston added: “This is ground-breaking. It is great to see a local company like ours, that has stayed true to its mandate, investing so heavily in their facilities and offering more options to the public. In addition, as pat of our strategy to adapt to the challenges of the 21st century, we have focused on sustainability, going paperless to reduce the direct impact that our business might have on the environment.”

The clinic provides a holistic approach to aesthetics and body sculpting with services including anti-wrinkle treatments, dermal fillers, skin tightening and chemical peels. The practice offers a range of surgical and non-surgical approaches for those seeking cosmetic enhancements.

Situated nearby Clapham Junction and Waterloo station and just a few minutes away from Earlsfield station, Dove Dental & Wellbeing Spa provides patients with a wide choice of appointments, thanks to its early opening and late evenings. The practice aims to operate a 7-days service and will be offering laser treatments in the future.

As well as providing for their patients, Dove Dental & Wellbeing Spa also intends to support the community by investing in the next generation. They will be donating to local charities and amateur boxing clubs, which will include supplying mouth guards, to help young people to learn discipline and sportsmanship.

Dove Dental & Wellbeing Spa’s launch will take place on Saturday October 5 between 12 and 6pm at 328 Garrat Lane, Earlsfield, London, SW18 4EJ.
