My 5 year old daughter and I have been doing the Soca size class on a Thurs 11am – 12pm.
We have so much fun doing it whilst burning calories with big smiles on our faces. I can’t recommend it enough, great teacher and fantastic music!
Give it a go you won’t be disappointed!!!
