Kick It Out’s Raise Your Game conference to be held at Emirates Stadium on April 27

Supported by the Premier League, the conference will offer full mentoring options for individuals aspiring to work in the football industry

KICK IT Out’s national Raise Your Game conference, will be held this year on Monday, April 27 at Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium.

The event is a unique platform for those interested in pursuing a career in football, providing attendees with one-to-one mentoring, workshops and invaluable networking opportunities.

This year marks 10 years of the mentoring programme, which amongst Kick It Out’s (KIO) initiatives has become a key fixture in the football calendar for those interested in pursuing a career in the game.

Over the last ten years, the conference has expanded significantly in providing vital opportunities to people from all backgrounds.

Its success can be measured by the number of employment opportunities attendees have secured at different levels of the games including leading football clubs and major football media outlets.

This year’s Raise Your Game conference will be co-hosted by Laura Woods  and Jaydee Dyer – two of the country’s leading and most popular broadcasters.

Having initially joined Sky Sports in 2009, Laura is now a prominent mainstay on Sky Sports football coverage. She is also an adept panelist and presenter on Talk Sport’s breakfast show, in addition to contributing to their live Game Day coverage.

Jaydee is a talented sports broadcaster who combines a real passion for sports allied with a huge depth of knowledge and experience.

He is part of the Sky Sports Transfer Team & also the host of Sky Sports’ weekly show, NBA Heatcheck and presents the live Sunday evening shows for the NBA as the lead presenter

Supported by the Premier League, the conference will offer full mentoring options for individuals aspiring to work in the football industry to network with experts in a number of fields, including media and communications; grassroots and community; coaching and management; football business and administration; sport science; player services (intermediaries); refereeing.
