Grants for black writers

If you're a writer of romantic fiction, published or unpublished, the Romantic Novelists' Association is for you. Grants are currently available for black writers to join the association and attend the annual conference in 2021.

The RNA provides a voice for romantic authors and a network for writers.
We welcome members from any background writing any type of romantic fiction. 

Our New Writers’ Scheme supports unpublished authors and our grants and bursaries offer opportunities to writers from groups currently under-represented in publishing.

Some of our many member benefits:

  • Local chapter meetings 
  • Online groups for members including the Rainbow Chapter for LGBTQIA+ authors and allies
